Tools we are building
We are building a small set of focused, free calculators to help homeowners understand their own situation — no signup and no lead-gen, just clear answers.
The first wave includes a foreclosure-timeline-by-state tool (anchored to the federal 120-day rule), a loss-mitigation rights checker that walks you through the federal protections that apply to you, and a reinstatement estimator that helps you see what it would take to catch up.
Until they land, the per-state pages and the guides cover the same ground in plain language. Every tool will carry its sources and a reminder to confirm your case with a HUD-approved counselor or attorney.
